Return Process

We hope you love and enjoy using ZenSweet as much as we do, but in case you don’t – Our Return Policy is simple; we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of ZenSweet once opened, we are only able to accept returns with 21 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 21 days, you may initiate a return by following the instructions below.

How to start the return process

Please start by sending an email to us at info@zensweet.com. Tell us your name, order number, shipping address and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for a 100% refund less original shipping costs if returned within 21 days of purchase.

Opened products may be returned in their original packaging for 50% refund, less shipping original costs if returned within 21 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business day to post the refund to your account.

We suggest that customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure The ZenSweet Company receives the package. ZenSweet.com is not responsible for lost packages during the return shipping process.

All refunds will be issued only after returned product has been received in our warehouse.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Our system is set up to get your products to you as quickly as possible, so if you need to cancel an order, please call our customer service number at (707) 633-8002 or email us at info@zensweet.com within 24 hours of placement to be eligible for a 100% refund without paying shipping costs.

ZenSweet.com reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in this policy statement have not been met.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

https://www.zensweet.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
